Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of placement, except when placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped within 2-3 days on the following business day. Note: if an order is scheduled to ship longer then 3 business days of order placement, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

July 4 - Independence Day
September 3 - Labor Day
October 8 - Columbus Day
November 12 - Veterans Day Observed
November 24 - Thanksgiving Day
December 25 - Christmas Day
January 1 - New Year's Day
Risk of loss will pass from Circuit Bridge to Customer on shipment from Circuit Bridge’s facilities or other designated third party supplier’s facility. Circuit Bridge reserves the right to make delivery of product in installments.
Important Note about International Taxes, Duties and Fees: Please be aware that a customs fee, duty fee, import tax, or other types of tax or fees may apply to your order. We do not provide any of this information on individual countries. When purchasing from our website, it is up to the customer to research these fees before a purchase is made. The fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery and must be new, unused, unopened, and contain all original packaging, accessories, and packing list.
Customer pays for all shipping and handling fees. Replacement will only be shipped when original item(s) are returned. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns
and exchanges. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted if item(s) are opened, damaged, missing their original packaging, or not returned within 15 business days.
Upon receipt and confirmation of the return by Circuit Bridge, customer's credit card will be credited for the amount of the purchase price of the item and the tax
paid by customer, less 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges.
Other restrictions may apply.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Paint and ink cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. No exceptions.
• Items that are opened or damaged.
