Terms and Conditions of Sale
Customer agrees and represents that he/she is buying the Product for his/her own use and not for resale.  Customer's placement of an order for a product and/or Software constitutes Customer's unconditional acceptance to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time and in Circuit Bridge’s sole discretion.

Circuit Bridge reserves the right to make changes in design or construction at any time without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in products and/or software previously sold.  Circuit Bridge also reserves the right to discontinue the manufacture or offering for sale of any product and/or software at such time to be determined by Circuit Bridge in its sole discretion.

Shipping Policy:
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of placement, except when placed on Fridays after 12:00PM Noon (PST), weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the following business day. Note: if an order is scheduled to ship longer then 3 business days of order placement, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

July 4 - Independence Day
September 3 - Labor Day
October 8 - Columbus Day
November 12 - Veterans Day Observed
November 22 - Thanksgiving Day

Important Notice: Risk of loss will pass from Circuit Bridge to Customer on shipment from Circuit Bridge’s facilities or other designated third party supplier’s facility. Circuit Bridge reserves the right to make delivery of product in installments.

International Orders
Important Note about International Taxes, Duties and Fees: Please be aware that a customs fee, duty fee, import tax, or other types of tax or fees may apply to your order. We do not provide any of this information on individual countries. When purchasing from our website, it is up to the customer to research these fees before a purchase is made. The fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: Customers may return any product purchased from this Site for any reason within 15 days of delivery.  To return a product, customer must email a return request to shop@cbridge.com to request a Return Goods Authorization form ("RGA").  The RGA will provide detailed instructions on the return process.  Upon receipt and confirmation of the return by Circuit Bridge, customer's credit card will be credited for the amount of the purchase price of the item and the tax paid by customer, less shipping charges for the return, except in cases of the wrong product being shipped by Circuit Bridge, or in the case of a damaged or defective product.  In the case of a damaged or defective product, customer may choose to have the product replaced with the identical product, or if the product shipped was not the product ordered by the customer, customer may elect to have the correct product shipped.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Paint and ink cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. No exceptions.
